Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, only if the item is:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original packaging with jewelry box and tags intact
• Free from scratches, stains, moisture, perfume or signs of damage

Items that fail to meet these conditions will not qualify for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Earrings
• Customized or engraved jewelry
• Sale or discounted products
• Bundle or promotional deals (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1)

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within the eligible period. Our team will verify the request and provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange the product for another design, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. After the return is approved and received, the replacement item can be arranged subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item received is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof. After verification, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
