Exchange Policy
At Jewel Studio By Umyaz, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our 3-Day Exchange Policy allows you to exchange your item if the design or style does not match your preference.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your parcel, provided that:
- The jewelry item is unused and unworn
- Original packaging, jewelry box, and tags are intact
- No scratches, perfume, moisture, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
- Earrings
- Customized or engraved jewelry
- Sale or discounted products
- Bundle or promotional deals (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1)
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us through WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Our representative will verify the request, confirm availability, and guide you through the exchange process. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Processing Time
After the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–4 business days, depending on stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video. A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
